How do I help my clients build resilience?

  • I empower individuals to learn about their physical and emotional needs, and the innate resources they’ve been given to meet them

  • I enable individuals to learn about the intelligence of their body and how to use it to their advantage to manage the balance of key chemicals

Why work with me?

With a background in performance, transformational and physical intelligence coaching, I create a holistic space for my clients to build the self-awareness, skills and tools to move forward with resilience.

Over the past five years, I have worked with hundreds of individuals in one-to-one and group formats, ranging 7-50 years old.

I have also worked with organisations such as UCL, Oxford University, Imperial College London, DePaul Charity, Universify Education, BBC Teach and more.

How I work

I work online via Zoom and in-person in London, UK.

I charge £150 for online sessions, and £200 for in-person sessions.

Sessions run for 60 minutes, unless we agree otherwise.
